The value of anything can drop if not properly and professionally maintained. The same principle holds true with beautiful pavers. The value drops with mold and mildew stains, and with every tire mark, grease stain or other contaminant. Construction soiling, water penetration, de-icing and air-borne salts and other problems can also diminish the value of your beautiful paver installations.
Then, sand loss and resulting weeds in the joints can reduce the service life and wreck the appearance of your carefully laid hardscapes. To top it off, Florida’s harsh sun and rain can severely damage the appearance of your pavers, natural stone and concrete.

The products we use are state-of-the-art, and address existing industry concerns regarding pavers turning white, durability and high gloss. All of the water-borne products we use are VOC compliant in all 50 states.

The Process:
Most types of sealers require from 2-5 days to complete the job, depending on weather, drainage conditions and types of products. Typically, we first pressure wash the surfaces. Then, our technicians frequently must re-sand the joints between the pavers. Pavers must be very dry before solvent-based acrylic sealers can be applied. The drying process can take days because the pavers absorb moisture. The pavers must be completely dry for us to apply solvent, so we have a real dependency on weather.
“All-in-one-day” products are also available, which may be applied when pavers are still damp. We offer an “all-in-one-day” alternative for customers with time or traffic sensitive requirements.
